I’m writing a book about women, power, healing, and sustainability—told through my own journey as a woman of colour and the stories of nine women, with individual chapters, leading with boldness and heart. In a moment when DEI and ESG face backlash, this book asks how we move forward in a world moving backwards.
It’s about finding your voice in spaces that tried to silence you, and building new systems—and new tables—when the old ones fail us. It’s about women creating pathways where none existed, and leading with clarity, courage, and conviction.
The book also includes a chapter of reflections from women across generations, industries, and sectors, offering guidance for young aspiring female leaders, students looking for role models, emerging voices, and current existing female leaders facing the backlash head-on.
